"Very let down"

My parents have been a lot of times as they have a narrow boat and have always had excellent service .so today 01/11/2016 my mum is 70 years old she didn't want a fuss so my dad said let's go Sutton Cheney for lunch which they did . my dad had belly pork with jacket potatoes which when it came out potatoes were freezing cold so he took back to counter they then brought it back and one potatoes was hot the other cold his pork was mainly fat not meat he did complain only to get offered a free cup of tea .which he declined it has put a real dampner on my mums birthday as they were really looking forward to it.
