"Not happy"

Seemed nice when showed round. Just collected the dogs and there was a misunderstanding about the time of collection, before 10am not 12 noon. I arrived at 11:45. The people were very rude on arrival and charged me an extra £20 for 1hour 45mins. I paid cash. I took the dogs home and noticed dry blood all over the tummy of one of the dogs, on closer inspection there was a gash on the legs and dry blood around the leg. We called the kennel and they said they knew nothing about it. They were there for 9nights..
