Jay Draper was my salesman and if it wasn’t for him I would not have bought my Fiat. He was efficient and thorough. Any questions I asked he knew, any worries I had he reassured me and overall AMAZING customer service from him. If I have any problems in the future he insisted to call him so he would be able to remember my information. He is very friendly and happy to help. He wasn’t like a robot salesman, he put himself in my situation and give his personal opinion. He talked about his family and what car deals they had and compared them with ones that I wanted which put me at ease..
